Appearance:
- His thick coat is white as snow with a light stone grey streak down his back that fades into the white that covers the rest of his body.
- Long and broad muzzle with a large coal black nose
- Large, square head with powerful jaws
- Emerald green eyes
- 34in tall and 65in in length
- 100lbs
- Howl has long legs with large paws and medium set bone structure. His body is lean but a bit broad in the back and hips. His chest tapers down, making him look very deep chested, but it is often hard to tell because of his longer fur that coevers his thin abdominal area.
Skills:
Quick Reflexes - Though not as strong as the Full Moon wolf, Howl's Gibbous Moon blood allows him to have quick reflexes which can prove very useful in dodging when fighting, or when keeping up with his prey during a hunt.
Hunting - Howl uses his long legs, quick reflexes, and powerful jaws to his advantage when he hunts. He can keep up with even the sharpest of prey and it rarely left without a meal for the day.
Fast - His long legs allow him to cover a lot of ground when he moves. Ths deep chest and large lungs can compensate for the large amounts of oxygen that a wolf needs when running.
Good Immune System - Because of his breeding, Howl was graced with a strong immune system. He rarely gets sick, and when he does, it does not last for very long.
Personality:
Innovative - Howl is a smart wolf and uses his mental skills for quickly solving problems, creating schemes, or using natural or man-made objects to his advantage.
Short Temper - Even though howl is generally quiet, except when spoken directly to, he had a very short temper. He has zero patience when it comes to dealing with difficult wolves, especially children. Howl cannot stand pups.
Alert - Howl is constantly vigilant, always looking out for everything and everyone around him. He is slightly paranoid at times which can account for his jumpiness that is sometimes prevelant in his physical demeanor.
Fascinated - He is fascinated by anything and everything. If Howl finds something that is slightly different, he wants to go investigate. Howl is a wolf who craves knowledge and is always willing to learn.
History:
Howl is not one of those wolves who has a sad, impressive childhood that makes others feel sorry for him. He had a wonderful life growing up with his four siblings and two parents in the Estysion mountain range. His mother was a kind soul who had broken off of a wandering pack from a land far away. His father was a Clearlake wolf who left the pack in order to be with his mate who refused to ever live, or raise her children in, another pack, especialyl a well established one with a claimed territory.
His father was a bit crazed, but loved his family dearly and everything he did was for them. He took a special interest in Howl and taught him how to be a quick thinker and how to solve problems using his sharp mind or objects around him. One thing that Howl and his siblings were never taught was religion of any kind. At the age when most young wolves chose their Lunar Names, Howl's siblings kept their cub names, not even knowing the importance of the Moon to all of lupine kind.
At the age of one and a half years, Howl and his siblings bid farewell to their parents and set out on their own in their own little pack. Over the months and upcoming years, a sibling would leave their tight family pack to join a larger pack, wandering pack, to spend time alone, or to go live with their mate. Howl's sister Harriet was the last to leave when she went to go live with a kind wandering wolf a year older than her to start a family. Howl has been alone for two months and is enjoying his nomadic lifestyle.
