Welcome
Welcome to Estysion, a semi-relastic post nuclear Wolf forum RPG! This land had suffered from nuclear warfare that the humans created, leading to their own down fall. Miraculously, some creatures survived. All that is left, though, is the land we stand on now. Radiation further out is strong enough to kill, and most that have wondered out that far have never been heard of again. The wolves here believe it was The Moon that saved them from death, thanking her as a godess of sorts, a religion was developed in the minds of many. But today is still a game of survival, and the wolves try to live until The Moon lead them back to the eternal haven that is to be their afterlife.

Rumina sat up a home in an old barn. The warm soft hay made a great bed. Outside, she kept close watch over the remaining farm animals. There weren't a lot of them but if she could fix the whole in the gate she had enough feed laying around to have them breed and then shed have enough food for a few years. She yawned in her soft bed and stood up she left the barn. Before she did anything she climbed to the top of the barn and howled. An invitation to any wondering wolves out there. She climbed down and walked over to the farm house. She still didn't know how to get inside yet but she found out how to turn on the water at the side of the house. There was a bucket under the water thing and she filled it up once every two days. She drank a little and then went to look at the animals. She pulled out some hay and wheat for the cows and sheep. The horses had run off a very long time ago. The pigs were still trapped in their pin, she pulled another bag of rotten apples in to the pin for them to eat. They had stopped eating as much and Rumina was worried that they would die out. These animals were the easiest sores of food around here. As long as she didn't scared the chickens, they stayed close by. She was worry more about the cows and sheep. They often wondered away and they would keep leaving till they died if she didn't do something about it, but she didn't know what to do. She made sure everything was taken care of then went back to her barn. She howled a few more times then went inside for some sleep. As she laid down, she thought about howuch she wanted more wolves here. She was alone and the food she raised wasn't good compain.....

The russet she-wolf trotted down the barn aisle as her eyes nervously flicked back and forth. Ever since the disappearance of their old Alpha, not one wolf had stepped up to take her place until now. Aria, being one of the few pack members left, decided that it would be best to go seek out this new Alpha and introduce herself. She had been one of the old Alpha's favourites considering what she did for the pack and the rest of the wolves who made Estysion their home. She just hoped that this Alpha was as able as Aertal had been. Aria also wished that this new Alpha, whether it be male or female, was a kind soul who saw the value of education as Aertal had.
Her amber eyes locked on the dark for a wolf she had never seen before. The dark she-wolf did not look like she was a threat to the nervous girl, so Aria decided it was safe enough to approach her. "Hello?" Aria called out, altering the new wolf to her presence. "Excuse me miss, but are you the new Alpha of the Nomads?" she asked curiously as her pace slowed down to a gentle walk. The rusty coloured wolf came to a halt a respectable distance away from the newcomer, ready to flee if she had to. Aria Riversong was never one of the bravest wolves around, hence her love for learning instead of running around with the hunters or soldiers of the pack.

Rumina's eyes went wide. She knew there had to be other wolves around here but she didn't think they would show themselves this fast. She was happy she didn't have to live here alone anymore but this rust looking wolf didn't seem all that strong, or brave for that matter. She was torn between standing tall and strong or laying down to show this wolf she wouldn't hurt her. Rumina decided on setting with her tail wagging friendly. With a soft yet firm voice she said, "Yes, I am the new Alpha." She watched the she wolf, she still seemed ready to run. that worried Rumina. She wan't wolves to stay around, not run off. "I am Rumina. I've been living here for a while now. There is food, water, and warm beds. You are welcome to stay here with me." She forgot to wag her tail and noicted it was in an odd mid wag action so she thumbed it hard on the ground. Rumina wasn't good at being soft and non scary, but she thought she was doing a pretty good job...

Aria eyed the new she-wolf, ready to flee if she needed to. For as nervous as she was, Aria had managed to maintain her composure for now. It was just one wolf she would be pitted against. It was not like this newcomer had wandered in with an army behind her. It put Aria at ease knowing that she was now the new Alpha of the land. She looked capable of being a leader. Her looks, if nothing else, would be rather intimidating. Luckily for Aria, she seemed to be putting on a friendly front in order to keep the russet-hued wolf around. Aria was thankful for that. She hated how skittish and weary she was, but she could not help it. It was just part of what made her, well, her.
"Hello." Aria said meekly, nodding her head. "I'm Aria Riversong, Zeta Astrologer." she introduced, figuring that the new Alpha would probably want to know who she was. "Oh? You have? I haven't seen you around." Aria said, gathering a bit more courage now that she knew this wolf would not harm her. "I make my home in the office at the end of the barn. Perhaps I haven't seen you because I never venture your way. Where are you from Miss Rumina?"

Rumina's tail stiffened and she stood up and padded over to Aria and sat down closer to her. "I came from the mountains but have been traveling for a long time." She said. This wolf was so small compared to Rumina, or any other wolf. Rumina was worried she hadn't been eating well, but she didn't go a good job at worring. Either way, her own stomache turned over anf gowled a little. "Are you hungry?" Rumina asked. "I'd be more then willing to hunt for us both if you want." Rumina stood and waited for her answer....

the she-wolf tensed as her new Alpha approached her, only to take a seat closer to the lithe female. Aria was not necessarily afraid of Rumina, but she could not help but to be a little weary. After all, Rumina was still a stranger to her. Aria had never been very good at meeting new wolves. She always had this fear that they were going to lash out an hurt her at some point. even if they appeared friendly at first, Aria did not want to take her chances. thankfully this wolf seemed nice enough. After all, what alpha would want to scare away their pack members after first meeting them?
As Aria was formulating a response, her Alpha asked if she was hungry. "A little I guess." she quietly answered. truth was Aria had not eaten in two days. She had never been the best hunter or fisher. Even small game like field mice, rats, and rabbits were tough for her to catch. She was truly a wolf who had to rely on other pack members. The only thing she was good for was being the pack scholar. Brains were nice to have, but when she could not get the necessities og life, Aria wanted to be like all the other wolves. "Oh, you don't have to do that if its too much trouble." she tried brushing off. Truth was, she wanted more than anything for Rumina to go get them something.
